  • Managed an $80 million enterprise program for an international financial services company. All business objectives were met 6 months ahead of schedule and $20 million under budget.
  • Directed comprehensive Y2K readiness projects for a major international airline and for worldwide insurance operations of a Fortune 500 corporation.
  • Administered a $30 million e-commerce business delivery for an international hospitality program.
  • Implemented a payroll/accounting system for 35,000 employees in 15 worldwide unions.
  • Delivered over $6 million in hardware, software and services to a data and voice communications company in 9 months.
  • Assumed overall responsibility for logistics issues with coordination of multiple departments to successfully integrate over 100 remote service offices following a major acquisition.
  • Coordinated and developed billings for a national healthcare corporation with a 30% improvement in billing accuracy and analysis of billing activity across product lines.
